wintime is required under PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted Philippine government identification includes: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, and UMID. wintime may request additional documents at any time at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in a freeze on withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.
You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wintime login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. A wintime account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wintime reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts as described in the applicable fee schedule in force at the time. Players will be notified via their registered contact details before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.
You may request closure of your wintime account at any time by contacting wintime customer support. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements. wintime reserves the right to withhold account closure processing for up to five (5) business days for fraud review purposes where warranted.

wintime collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the wintime Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. You agree that any legal proceedings against wintime shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
