01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and wintime ("wintime," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wintime website, mobile-optimised platform, games, promotional offers, and all associated services available at wintime.lat (the "Service").

By completing the registration process and creating a wintime account, you affirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you are of legal gambling age as defined under applicable Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations (minimum 21 years of age); (c) you are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) you agree to comply with these Terms and any supplementary policies, guidelines, or rules published by wintime.

These Terms apply in addition to and should be read alongside the wintime Privacy Policy and the wintime Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wintime.

02 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

The wintime platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in compliance with PAGCOR requirements governing online gaming in the Republic of the Philippines. wintime enforces this restriction through a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Any player found to be under 21 years of age will have their account immediately and permanently suspended, and any funds in the account at the time of suspension — including winnings — will be forfeited.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The wintime Service is directed primarily at players located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the wintime platform is legal in your jurisdiction. wintime does not accept registrations from residents of jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. wintime reserves the right to block access from restricted jurisdictions at its sole discretion.

2.3 Account Registration

To use the wintime platform for real-money gaming, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your: (a) full legal name as it appears on your Philippine government-issued identification; (b) date of birth; (c) Philippine mobile number; (d) a valid email address (if provided); and (e) a secure password of your creation.

You agree to maintain the accuracy of your registration information and to update it promptly if any details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension.

2.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active wintime account at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, devices, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any funds, bonuses, or winnings held across all associated accounts will be voided and forfeited. wintime uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and payment method matching to detect duplicate account activity.

2.5 KYC Verification

wintime is required under PAGCOR guidelines to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. Accepted Philippine government identification includes: PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License, and UMID. wintime may request additional documents at any time at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period will result in a freeze on withdrawal functionality until verification is complete.

03 Account Management

3.1 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wintime login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. wintime will never ask you for your full password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your wintime account using your credentials will be attributed to you and is your responsibility, except where it can be demonstrated that such activity resulted from a security breach on wintime's end.

3.2 Inactive Accounts

A wintime account is considered inactive if there has been no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. wintime reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to inactive accounts as described in the applicable fee schedule in force at the time. Players will be notified via their registered contact details before any dormancy fee is applied. Dormancy fees will not reduce an account balance below zero.

3.3 Account Closure

You may request closure of your wintime account at any time by contacting wintime customer support. Before closure is processed, any remaining balance in your account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification requirements. wintime reserves the right to withhold account closure processing for up to five (5) business days for fraud review purposes where warranted.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

wintime accepts deposits via the following methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, Metrobank online transfer, GrabPay, 7-Eleven (via third-party over-the-counter services), and USDT (Tether cryptocurrency). Available methods may change at wintime's discretion with reasonable notice to players.

4.2 Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The current minimums are displayed in the Deposit section of your wintime account dashboard. wintime does not charge deposit fees, though third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees for which wintime accepts no responsibility.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by the wintime payments team on a rolling basis. The following standard processing timeframes apply: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5–60 minutes of request approval during standard hours; bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within the same banking day if submitted before 3:00 PM Philippine Standard Time on a banking day, or the next banking day thereafter. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 1–4 hours subject to blockchain confirmation times.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To withdraw funds from your wintime account, you must: (a) have completed KYC identity verification; (b) have met any applicable bonus wagering requirements on bonus-derived funds; and (c) request withdrawal to a payment method that matches your registered identity. wintime reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal at its sole discretion.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

wintime is committed to full compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations in the Philippines. wintime may delay, freeze, or decline any transaction that it suspects may be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. wintime will cooperate fully with PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities in relation to any investigation into suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

wintime offers various promotional bonuses and offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, in addition to the following general bonus conditions:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded by wintime are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games at wintime contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are published in the bonus terms of each promotion.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not used within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at any given time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus.
• Abuse Prevention: wintime reserves the right to void bonuses, withhold winnings, and close accounts where it determines that a player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine wagering intent, exploitation of software errors, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Only the withdrawable cash component of your balance (after bonus conditions are met) may be withdrawn. Bonus funds themselves are not withdrawable.

06 Gameplay & Fair Use

All games offered on the wintime platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or live physical dealing processes for live dealer games, to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available for player review.

wintime is not liable for any loss of game data, disconnection during play, or other technical interruptions caused by factors outside wintime's direct control, including player-side internet service failures. Where a disconnection occurs during a live game, the wintime system records bet placement independently of client connectivity. Settled results will be applied to your account balance upon reconnection.

wintime reserves the right to void any game round where a verifiable technical error has materially affected the outcome. In such cases, the wagered stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wintime platform and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of winnings, and referral to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and Deception: Any misrepresentation of identity, age, payment method ownership, or any other material information in connection with your wintime account or transactions.
• Collusion: Any agreement, explicit or implicit, between two or more players to manipulate the outcome of any wintime game, including live table games.
• Automated Play: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to place bets or interact with wintime games in a manner not available to standard human players.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal with your payment provider in relation to a legitimate wintime transaction. Accounts with active chargeback claims will be suspended pending investigation.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberate exploitation of software bugs, pricing errors, or calculation errors to obtain an advantage not available under normal game operation.
• Money Laundering: Using the wintime platform as a vehicle for laundering funds of any origin, including depositing and withdrawing without genuine gambling intent.
• Underage Access: Allowing or facilitating access to the wintime platform by any person under 21 years of age.

08 Responsible Gaming

wintime is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment for all Philippine players. The wintime platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible from within your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits may be set by the player and take effect immediately. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure on-screen notifications to alert them when a specified amount of continuous play time has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary self-exclusion (minimum 30 days) or permanent self-exclusion at any time. During a self-exclusion period, the account is suspended and all marketing communications are suppressed. wintime will not reinstate a permanently self-excluded account under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen summaries of net session win/loss and time played are available during active gaming sessions.

All players at wintime must be 21 years of age or older. wintime cooperates fully with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework and encourages players experiencing gambling-related difficulties to seek assistance from qualified support services available in the Philippines.

09 Intellectual Property

All content available on the wintime platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, logos, text, sound effects, trademarks, trade names, and service marks — is the exclusive property of wintime or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence in relation to wintime's intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any wintime content without prior written authorisation from wintime. Unauthorised use of wintime intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, wintime's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their wintime account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wintime shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (b) loss of profits or anticipated winnings; (c) loss of data; (d) service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond wintime's reasonable control, including telecommunications infrastructure failures, PAGCOR-directed service suspensions, natural disasters, or cyberattacks.

The wintime platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wintime makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service or the fitness of the Service for any particular purpose beyond its stated function as an online gaming platform.

11 Privacy & Data

wintime collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the wintime Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By creating a wintime account, you consent to wintime's collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the overall legal agreement between you and wintime.

wintime will not sell your personal data to third parties. wintime may share data with payment processors, identity verification providers, and PAGCOR as required by law and regulation. Please review the wintime Privacy Policy for full details of how your data is handled.

12 Amendments to These Terms

wintime reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wintime will notify registered players via their registered contact details and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the wintime platform. Amended Terms will take effect seven (7) days after notification, except where changes are required immediately by PAGCOR directive or applicable law, in which case they take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the wintime platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure with return of any remaining balance.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. wintime operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

In the event of a dispute between you and wintime, you are encouraged to first contact wintime customer support to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may refer the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process or to the appropriate Philippine courts of competent jurisdiction.

You agree that any legal proceedings against wintime shall be conducted exclusively in the courts of the Philippines and you submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for this purpose.
